At Petora, we're committed to delivering high-quality Cavalier King Charles Spaniel products to your door. Please review our shipping information below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
Romania (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Estimated Total Time (Processing + Shipping): 12-25 business days
European Union Countries
- Standard Shipping: 12-25 business days
- Estimated Total Time (Processing + Shipping): 14-30 business days
International (Outside EU)
- Standard Shipping: 15-35 business days
- Estimated Total Time (Processing + Shipping): 17-40 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount - check our current promotions at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package online
Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping & Customs
Important Information for International Orders:

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs Clearance: Your order may be held at customs for inspection, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We cannot control or predict customs processing times.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
EU Customers: For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is typically included in the price. However, some countries may still apply additional fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas or regions may have shipping restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately. Each item will have its own tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Wait 2-3 business days (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact us at contact@petora.today if still not received
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at contact@petora.today
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Package unclaimed after delivery attempts
You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent. Alternatively, we can process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
Shipping Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please contact us immediately at [your-email@petora.today] if you need to update your shipping address. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
Shipping times may be extended during:
- Major holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.)
- Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
- Local or international postal service disruptions
We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.
